Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Exceed sales and KPI goals while sharing knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and values.
• Use CRM tools to maintain client relationships, follow up, and support personalized appointments in person or virtually.
• Resolve client concerns and collaborate with colleagues and client service teams as needed.
• Support store operations, including stockroom organization, product care, cash activity, inventory, and compliance with company procedures.
• Promote omnichannel service and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
