Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
- Maintain an active client book to cultivate client relationships
- Support team members to reach store sales targets
- Provide friendly and professional customer service and follow up on purchases and inquiries
- Operate store POS, open and close the register, and process payments and returns
- Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
- Maintain and execute store merchandising standards and readiness
- Perform housekeeping duties and handle lifting of boxes up to 20lbs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Experience developing and prospecting new clients with established client book desirable
- Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive team-player attitude
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
