Client Advisor - Ala Moana

Summary

RIMOWA is seeking a Client Advisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional luxury in-store experience. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, meeting individual sales objectives, and representing the brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales objectives and contribute to the store’s commercial success.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying RIMOWA’s heritage, design, and craftsmanship to clients.
• Curate and grow a loyal client portfolio through personalized engagement, appointments, and events; manage follow-ups, repairs, and service requests.
• Execute POS transactions, open and close the register, support inventory management, and uphold loss prevention standards.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and immaculate store presentation at all times.

Requirements

• Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment; an established luxury client book is highly desirable.
• Impeccable personal presentation with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and refined attention to detail; able to regularly lift and handle items up to 20 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multilingual in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin is a plus.
