Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience by providing exceptional client service and representing the brand in every interaction. Build and deepen client relationships through personalized appointments and clienteling to drive loyalty and meet commercial targets. Create memorable in-store moments using the Tiffany touch to foster repeat business and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional client interactions using the Tiffany Touch.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and capture client data to grow outreach business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and convert clients via curiosity and discovery during appointments.
• Elevate the in-store experience by optimizing hospitality, amenities, and responding to client feedback.
• Use POS and client tracking systems to manage transactions and client information.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results and developing client business.
• Ability to connect with clients and provide a personalized, elevated experience.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
