Provide an exceptional luxury retail experience as a Client Advisor, embodying the brand in every client interaction, deepening client relationships, and driving sales through elevated service and clienteling. Deliver memorable in-store moments, meet commercial targets, and support store hospitality and client feedback initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand experience and personalized service during each client interaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and tailored recommendations.
- Drive business through key product pillars and proactive outreach.
- Execute store hospitality and amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve in-store experiences.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build relationships.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
