Summary
The Client Advisor will act as a passionate brand ambassador delivering exceptional luxury service to clients, driving sales and loyalty through personalised clienteling and product knowledge. This role requires meeting individual KPIs, promoting teamwork and upholding house standards in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients to deliver exceptional personalised shopping experiences
- Drive sales by proactively cross selling across all product categories
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Stay informed on fashion trends and engage clients on market developments
- Achieve individual financial targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor
- Follow visual merchandising, stock procedures and cash activity guidelines
- Participate in department or store clienteling initiatives
- Adhere to company grooming and behavioural standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed sales KPIs
- Strong selling skills with ability to overcome objections
- Client centric approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of luxury products and interest in fashion trends
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM
- Capacity to be on feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs regularly
- Willingness to climb ladders as required
