Job Description

Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences at the boutique while achieving individual and store sales goals. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and contribute to operational excellence and merchandising on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable, tailored service to clients following brand standards.
  • Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive selling.
  • Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain qualitative customer records.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
  • Support the sales ceremony and mentor team members on the shop floor.
  • Assist with merchandising and upkeep of the boutique.
  • Contribute to execution of sales policies and store initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Experience selling women’s and men’s ready to wear.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling practices.
  • Ability to maintain brand image and deliver high standards of service.
