The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional luxury experiences by understanding client needs, building lasting relationships, and contributing to sales goals. This role combines personalized service, product expertise, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide personalized service, and build lasting relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales goals and performance metrics while supporting store objectives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, collections, and brand heritage.
• Process transactions and support inventory, visual merchandising, and store organization.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering excellent client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using POS systems, retail technology, clienteling applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Multilingual skills and experience serving international clientele are preferred.
