Summary
Client Advisor (Keyholder) responsible for delivering exceptional sales and client service in a luxury retail setting, acting as Client Experience Manager and Manager on Duty to drive individual and team results while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients and deliver the brand sales and service standards consistently
- Drive and exceed individual sales objectives and KPI targets such as conversion and UPT
- Supervise the sales floor as CEM and floor manager and ensure floor coverage
- Coach and mentor sales team members, sharing best practices and skills
- Capture and maintain quality client information for clienteling and outreach
- Conduct active client outreach including appointments, phone sales and follow ups
- Represent the brand in the community to attract new clients and network
- Support visual merchandise presentation and inventory preparation and execution
- Collaborate with store teams and corporate representatives to maintain standards
Requirements
- 3 Years previous experience in sales roles in luxury fashion or retail companies
- Proven client service skills and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience training and coaching others
- Proficient computer skills including Word Excel and Outlook
- Fluency in local language and proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Ability to analyze business needs and communicate with senior leadership
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and adapt to different customers
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays
