Summary

Full time Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards in the men's shop at Bloomingdale's Aventura.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communication
• Ensure highest standards of client service at all times
• Maintain the selling floor and merchandise presentation
• Adhere to visual merchandising and store operational standards
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and inventory
• Follow all store and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods
• Experience with clientele-oriented sales
• Availability to work in a retail environment open seven days a week
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain merchandising and operational standards
