Client Advisor - Aventura

Summary

Deliver the luxury client experience by embodying the brand in each interaction, building lasting client relationships, and achieving store commercial targets. Support both central and local teams while executing day-to-day strategy with focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. Act as a passionate brand ambassador, driving sales through personalized clienteling and elevated in-store service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service using the brand touch and personal flair
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Capture and manage client data using POS and client tracking systems
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences and memorable moments for each client
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and personalized appointments
• Drive business through key product pillars and outreach initiatives
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build rapport
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
• Authorization to work in the United States
• College or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred
