Client Advisor - Bal Harbour

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Bal Harbour. As a Client Advisor, you will report to the Store Director and play a crucial role in achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
• Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
• Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
