Summary
Join the store team as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Director in Bal Harbour, delivering exceptional luxury client service and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and in-store engagement. This role focuses on developing client relationships, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize brand selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop and maintain client profiles and a loyal client following
- Maintain high level of product knowledge across collections using training resources
- Support store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and light cleaning duties
- Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general visual standards
- Attend and promote in-store events and brand initiatives
- Work scheduled shifts including closings, Saturdays, Sundays, inventory periods, and holidays
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful workplace
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional polished appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available for required shift schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and inventory
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with a commitment to learning and receiving feedback
