Client Advisor - Bal Harbour

Summary

Represent the brand and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience by understanding client needs and building lasting relationships. Contribute to individual and team sales goals while promoting brand loyalty and an omnichannel approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, deliver personalized service, and capture client information in the company CRM.
• Build client relationships, promote cross-selling, and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain strong product, brand, fashion trend, and competitor knowledge.
• Maintain shop floor and visual display standards, follow stock procedures, and support loss prevention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and consistent client experience and address client complaints as needed.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, retail, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, resilient, ambitious, results-driven, and skilled at problem solving.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
