Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service to build and retain an exclusive client portfolio. This role drives sales through expert product knowledge, personalized engagement, and a refined, professional presence. The Client Advisor supports store operations and contributes to an elevated in-store experience consistent with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to store commercial success.
• Act as a brand ambassador conveying product heritage, design, and craftsmanship.
• Cultivate and manage an exclusive client book through personalized appointments, follow-ups, and events.
• Deliver white-glove post-purchase service, managing repairs and service requests discreetly.
• Execute POS transactions, open and close register procedures, and support inventory and loss prevention processes.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment; established client book highly desirable.
• Impeccable personal presentation with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to regularly lift and handle items up to 20 lbs.
• Multilingual skills in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin are a plus.
