Responsibilities
- Embody the brand and deliver the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and clienteling systems.
- Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and elevated appointment experiences.
- Promote key product pillars to grow sales and outreach business.
- Elevate in-store experiences by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS program behaviors to improve service.
- Collaborate with central and local teams to execute strategy and maintain brand desirability.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-focused roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and act as a brand ambassador.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Desired: college or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
