Client Advisor - Bellagio

Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering excellent client service and achieving individual sales goals. The role builds meaningful client relationships through product expertise and a client-centric approach while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Build lasting client relationships using strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Use product knowledge and selling ceremonies to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to boutique performance.
• Follow store security procedures, including securing the premises as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury consumer goods experience is preferred.
• Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate store equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
