Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Beverly Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, acting as a Gucci Ambassador, and promoting the brand's philosophy and values. Your passion for fashion and luxury will help create a branded, luxury client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high levels of customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
  • Work as a team player, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
  • Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
