Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences, building lasting client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Role requires strong commercial mindset, product knowledge, clienteling skills, and a customer focused approach. Spanish speaking preferred and prior luxury retail or customer service experience is desired. Position is part time and based at the Beverly Center store.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge
  • Advise clients across the brand and all product categories
  • Leverage clienteling tools to develop long term relationships
  • Provide personalized service and memorable client experiences
  • Operate as a personal advisor to clients in a fast paced environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in personal and team performance

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience preferably within high end or luxury market
  • Strong background in customer centric environments considered
  • Curiosity and motivation to develop a career in luxury retail
  • Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse client base
  • Proficiency with clienteling tools and in house systems
  • Spanish speaking preferred
