Summary

Luxury retail Client Advisor responsible for delivering an exceptional selling ceremony and acting as a brand ambassador to develop and maintain a local and international client book. Role focuses on achieving individual and store sales targets while upholding store standards and supporting client needs from purchase through post-sale services. The position requires strong communication, organization, and client service skills with a passion for fashion and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver product knowledge and brand history during the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Build and expand a client book and maintain ongoing client correspondence and follow-up.
• Manage client-related shipping, alterations, repairs and post-sale matters.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store image and housekeeping standards.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Passion for fashion, creativity and the brand.
