Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

Summary

Luxury retail sales role focused on achieving individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the store image. The position requires strong product knowledge, clienteling, and the ability to manage transactions and follow through on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain client information in the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow up
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and client issue resolution
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in luxury
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Strong clienteling skills and candidates with existing client books preferred
• Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
• Foreign language skills are a plus
