The Client Advisor provides exceptional, personalized luxury service to clients, acting as a brand ambassador and driving sales through product knowledge and the Gucci selling ceremony. The role focuses on building relationships, achieving KPIs, maintaining visual and stock standards, and supporting a collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience and apply Gucci selling ceremony
- Drive individual KPI goals and capture meaningful customer data in CRM
- Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book and follow up on client requests
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent client experiences
- Maintain store security standards and uphold Gucci image guidelines
- Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain understock and stock room organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Team-focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
