Summary

Full time Client Advisor responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards in the Bloomingdales Boca Raton men's shop. The role involves building client relationships and supporting store events and projects to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Provide the highest standards of client service at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store standards.
• Participate in special events and store projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
• Adhere to store and company operational procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and client experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods to clientele-oriented customers.
• Experience working in retail environments with seven day a week operations.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
