Client Advisor - Bloomingdales Concessions

Summary

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience on the shop floor at Bloomingdales concessions by providing personalized styling advice, supporting daily store operations, and driving sales performance in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand needs and provide tailored styling recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client outreach and sourcing new clients
• Use CRM tools to build maintain and update client relationships
• Support merchandising presentation and maintenance of the shop floor
• Mentor and support team to ensure smooth execution of sales ceremony
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand heritage to clients
• Oversee adherence to sales policies objectives and initiatives on the floor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience with women and men ready to wear products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling tools
• Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
