Client Advisor - Bloomingdales WHB Concessions

Summary

Provide exceptional client service at the Bloomingdales women handbags concessions by delivering personalized styling advice, client outreach, and a seamless shopping experience. Support daily store operations including merchandising, product presentation, and sales performance. Use CRM tools to build and retain client relationships and meet monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and support store sales initiatives.
• Use CRM to source new clients, manage outreach, and maintain client records.
• Mentor and support the sales team to ensure a smooth sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Assist with merchandising, product presentation, and daily shop floor maintenance.
• Follow and support sales policies, objectives, and store operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with women's and men's RTW.
