Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional, personalized service on the sales floor at the Bloomingdales womens shoes concession to drive client satisfaction and sales. This role engages clients to understand their needs, provides tailored styling advice, manages CRM outreach, and supports daily store operations to meet individual and store targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide personalized styling advice and an elevated luxury shopping experience
• Use CRM tools to source, build, and maintain long-term client relationships and outreach
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, including participation in commission-driven programs
• Support merchandising, product presentation, and overall maintenance of the shop floor
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and represent the brands history and heritage in client interactions

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with womens and mens ready-to-wear (RTW)
• Proven ability to use CRM systems and achieve sales targets
