Summary
Seeking a Client Advisor to join the store team in Atlanta responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining product knowledge and visual standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on client outreach, appointments, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Use client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Establish and maintain client profiles and nurture client relationships
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures and light store maintenance
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Continuously learn product knowledge using company training resources
- Comply with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service related field, preferably luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and well groomed appearance and team oriented attitude
- Availability for closing shifts, minimum Saturdays and Sundays per month, holiday season and annual inventory
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
