Seeking a Client Advisor for the Beverly Hills flagship to drive sales, deliver exceptional client service, and support store operations. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales goals and KPIs, and upholding brand standards in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize the client journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and close sales
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Maintain and update client profile records and nurture strong client relationships
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures and basic cycle counts
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Continuously develop product knowledge through training resources
- Support a respectful and collaborative team environment
- Be available for specified weekend and holiday scheduling requirements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work closing shifts multiple times per week and specified weekends
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team oriented with leadership potential and high energy
