Summary
Seeking a Client Advisor to join the store team in Dallas to drive sales, develop client relationships, and maintain high visual and service standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences through client outreach, product knowledge, and adherence to store procedures.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI targets through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize the Client Journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Establish and maintain accurate client profile records
- Maintain product knowledge across collections using training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks such as cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Contribute to a respectful and collaborative team environment
- Support inventory and holiday season operations as required
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication skills and polished professional appearance
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available for closing shifts at least three times weekly, three Saturdays monthly and two Sundays monthly
- Ability to participate in annual inventory and holiday season work
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and leadership potential
