Summary
Seeking a Client Advisor to join the store team in New Orleans to drive sales through client outreach and exceptional service. The role focuses on delivering the Bottega Veneta client journey, maintaining product knowledge, supporting store operations, and fostering long term client relationships in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize selling techniques including cross selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients via appointments consignments and in store events
- Update and maintain client profile records and nurture client relationships
- Maintain high level of product knowledge across collections using company training resources
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards merchandise presentation signage and general maintenance as requested
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful team environment
- Be mobile on the sales floor and available for required shifts including weekends holidays and inventory
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished well groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Available to work closing shifts minimum three times per week and specified weekend requirements
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic and high energy level
