Client Advisor

Summary

Join the store team as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager, driving sales through client outreach, appointments and consignments while maintaining product knowledge and visual standards. The role focuses on delivering luxury service, nurturing client relationships, and supporting store operations including opening and closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
• Utilize company client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling
• Develop new clients and maintain client profile records
• Inform clients of new collections, in-store events and brand initiatives
• Maintain high level of product knowledge through training resources
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and cycle counts
• Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
• Support a respectful and collaborative store environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Polished and well groomed professional appearance
• Available to work closing shifts, multiple weekends, annual inventory and holiday season
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
