Summary
Seeking a Client Advisor to join the store team in Wailea reporting to the Store Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize brand selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients and maintain client profile records
- Maintain high product knowledge across collections through provided training
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and cycle counts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including presentation and signage
- Support in-store events and brand initiatives
- Adhere to company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be available for required weekend and seasonal schedules
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and professional appearance with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for closing shifts at least three times per week and specified weekend coverage
- Ability to lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly and climb a ladder
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and leadership potential
