Summary

Client Advisor responsible for conveying the brand philosophy and maximizing sales by fostering customer relationships, delivering a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients through the product offering. The role emphasizes customer loyalty development, achieving individual sales targets and maintaining high presentation standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers to provide an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through individual approaches and CRM use.
• Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge to clients.
• Handle customer complaints and liaise with line manager when necessary.
• Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet company operational guidelines.
• Follow stock procedures and contribute to loss prevention and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Passion for sales, human relations, and the luxury/fashion sector.
• Strong problem solving, curiosity, and interest in art and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Product category knowledge and passion for the merchandise.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
