Summary
Part-time Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent luxury customer service at the Brookfield Place store. The role focuses on client outreach, maintaining client records, sustaining product knowledge and supporting store operations under the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and promote new collection deliveries and in-store events
- Utilize company selling techniques including cross-selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships and update client profile records routinely
- Maintain high product knowledge using provided training resources
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and cycle counts
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation signage and lighting
- Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be available for specified shift requirements including closings weekends inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and team oriented work ethic
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for closing shifts at least three times per week and specified weekend requirements
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
