Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Brookfield Place, you will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Polished appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Availability to work closing shifts and weekends.
