Responsibilities- Welcome all clients and prospects entering the store, providing extraordinary service and ensuring a great impression.
- Contribute to store and service KPIs by proactively committing to achieve the sales budget monthly and annually.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of selling techniques for a unique shopping experience.
- Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset in each client interaction.
- Listen empathetically to understand and adjust to clients’ needs, providing customized advice.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers to Bulgari.
- Perform CRM activities as per Store Manager's indications, including CRM AFSS.
- Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Assist clients with any after-sales needs, including exchanges, returns, and repairs.
- Manage morning set-ups and ensure perfect execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines, as well as breakdown after store close.
Requirements- At least 3 years of work experience in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
- Proactive selling and negotiation skills.
- A second language skill is a plus.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, priority setting, and personal accountability.
- Must work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Exceptional team player.
