Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor builds relationships with new and existing clients while delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience. The role combines product and styling expertise with commercial performance and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
• Provide elevated service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized client interactions.
• Build client relationships, acquire new clients, and encourage retention through appointments and timely follow-up.
• Support store operations, inventory management, replenishment, stockroom maintenance, and visual standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven sales performance and experience with clienteling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture, with product knowledge and an understanding of retail operations.
• Team-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency and additional languages are desirable.
