Summary
Provide outstanding luxury retail service to clients, drive and exceed individual and store sales goals, and build long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to store procedures while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics, CRM requirements, and sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and requests
- Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and special client requests
- Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database
- Participate in stocking, restocking, and regular store maintenance
- Support opening and closing duties and lead or attend morning team meetings
- Maintain visual standards per VM and management direction
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
- Participate in training and monthly team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience, luxury retail preferred
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS and inventory management systems and digital literacy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Foreign language skills and ready to wear experience preferred
