Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Celine in Bal Harbour, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction in a luxury retail environment. You will utilize your product knowledge and client relationship skills to drive sales and maintain the store's image.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
• Promote store events through various communication channels.
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on client-related issues.
• Assist in housekeeping and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
• Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong client book and passion for luxury products.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs.
• Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
