Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Apply product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information for the database
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow up
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales
• Experience in a luxury retail setting preferred
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Foreign language skills a plus
