Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail sales by meeting individual and store targets, growing and maintaining a client book, and supporting store operations. Use product knowledge and personalized service to maximize transaction value while handling follow up on shipping, alterations, and client issues. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays at the San Francisco store.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and units per transaction
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and upkeep of the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills preferred
