Summary
Full time Client Advisor responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards in the men's shop at Bloomingdale's Century City.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Establish and manage relationships and communication with clients consistent with brand standards.
- Provide the highest standards of client service at all times.
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store standards.
- Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
- Adhere to store and company procedures and operational guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high end goods and clientele oriented sales.
- Availability for open scheduling in a seven day a week retail environment.
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor representing the brand lifestyle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and high level of integrity.
