Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering an elevated luxury retail experience, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving store sales targets through personalized service and clienteling. Role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and flexibility to work varied hours in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in store client experiences using brand service standards.
• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Convert client interactions into sales through discovery and styling.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to create memorable moments.
• Act on client feedback and NPS performance to improve experiences.
• Promote key product pillars to grow business.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service background.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems client tracking tools and email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
