Summary
Client Advisor responsible for embodying the brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional in-store service and building long-term client relationships to drive sales. The role focuses on achieving and exceeding store sales plans while providing memorable customer experiences and utilizing point of sale and client tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in client tracking systems
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through outreach and follow up
- Deliver memorable in store experiences using brand specific service techniques
- Drive business through key product pillars and merchandising initiatives
- Execute hospitality and store amenities to enhance client visits
- Act on client feedback and TEI program performance to improve service
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or relevant client related experience such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with point of sale systems client tracking systems and email
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred college degree or relevant coursework such as GIA or gemology
