Client Advisor - Chestnut Hill

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for representing the brand and delivering an exceptional in-store client experience, building relationships to drive loyalty and sales, and executing the Tiffany selling standards. Role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial approach to client development, and competency with POS and client tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the brand experience to each client using personalized service techniques.
• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and tracking systems.
• Promote key product pillars to drive sales and meet targets.
• Provide memorable in-store moments and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
• Act on client feedback and participate in TEI program practices to improve client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver excellent service.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credential preferred.
