Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise, storytelling, and tailored recommendations while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable client experiences through product knowledge, brand storytelling, and personalized styling guidance.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership and anticipate client needs.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and charge-send sales.
• Organize assigned stock, participate in inventory counts, protect boutique assets, and assist with packing or wrapping merchandise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive, creativity, fashion interest, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate store equipment, stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 pounds, and follow store security procedures.
