Client Advisor - Cincinnati Kenwood Center

Summary

Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences and build lasting client relationships while driving sales at the Cincinnati Kenwood Center store. The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and provides high-touch service throughout the selling process.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Deliver memorable in-store service and execute hospitality and store experience best practices.
• Use POS and client tracking systems during selling and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking tools and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree, GIA coursework or proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
