Client Advisor - City Center

Summary

The Client Advisor is a part-time retail sales professional based at the Shops At Crystals flagship in Las Vegas, delivering memorable luxury experiences and building long-term client relationships. You will advise clients across all product categories, leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems, and contribute to individual and team sales objectives. The role requires a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Leverage clienteling tools and in-house systems to develop and maintain long-term relationships
• Provide personalized, high-end service to elevate the client experience

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market
• Strong customer service orientation and commercial sales mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use clienteling tools
• Availability to work part-time in-store shifts at the Las Vegas flagship
