Client Advisor - Clearfork

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand. This role focuses on cultivating client relationships, meeting personal and store sales goals, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations. The position requires flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and support team sales targets
• Educate clients on company history and current product knowledge
• Maintain an active client book to develop new and existing relationships
• Provide prompt follow up on purchases, repairs and inquiries
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Operate store POS and open and close registers
• Process payments and returns of merchandise
• Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
• Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Experience developing and prospecting client relationships with an established client book ideal
• Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team oriented attitude
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
