Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Client Advisor to join its Miami boutique in a full-time, on-site role. This position is designed for someone with prior luxury watch sales experience who brings a polished, warm presence, strong initiative, and a genuine interest in learning from senior team members. Working closely with Senior Client Advisors, the Junior Client Advisor will support appointments, welcome new and returning clients, and help deliver a highly personalized experience with a clear path toward growth into a Client Advisor role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in guests and conduct appointments with new clients in a polished, professional manner.
- Support Senior Client Advisors during appointments and throughout the daily operation of the boutique.
- Present timepieces with accuracy, confidence, and attention to product history, craftsmanship, and technical details.
- Identify high-potential collectors, introduce them to a Senior Client Advisor, and help support the relationship as it develops.
- Build and maintain a network within the Miami market to generate new client opportunities.
- Represent the boutique at client events, collector gatherings, and other industry-facing functions.
- Maintain complete and accurate client records in CRM, including:
- Appointment notes
- Wish lists
- Visit history
- Follow-up activity
- Execute timely, personalized follow-up after client visits and appointments.
- Handle appointment preparation and floor support tasks, including retrieving timepieces, preparing boxes and paperwork, and resetting client areas.
- Assist with service intake and after-sales conversations in partnership with the customer care team.
- Uphold daily standards for hospitality, presentation, discretion, and merchandising.
- Study the collection and continue building product knowledge, sales technique, and understanding of the client experience.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience selling luxury timepieces in a watch boutique or watch department, required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, required. Portuguese is a plus.
- Comfort working in a CRM system. Zoho experience is a plus.
- Polished, charismatic, and personable presence with the ability to connect naturally with discerning clients and collectors.
- Comfort working in a support role while learning from Senior Client Advisors and contributing to a team-driven sales floor.
- Proactive approach and strong self-direction, with the judgment to recognize what needs to be done without constant instruction.
- Ability to take direction well, welcome coaching, and apply feedback effectively.
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to honoring client commitments.
- Genuine interest in horology and willingness to study product, movements, and brand history in depth.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling client relationships and information.
- Ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in Miami, including Saturdays, some evenings, and occasional events outside standard boutique hours.
- Clear potential and desire to grow into a Client Advisor position over time.
